I started in catering kitchens. Overweight, broke, and watching other people live lives that felt unavailable to me.
I taught myself trading and became the number one ranked trader at my prop firm. But my results ran in a cycle. Strong months, then weeks later I would hand it all back. In funded capital alone that cycle cost me €800.000.
That is when I found identity work. I stopped fixing my strategy and started rewriting the beliefs I was trading with. The cycle broke, my results started to hold, and the same shift took care of the weight along the way.
Then I tested it on others. I coached over fifty traders, and the pattern was identical. The ones who changed their internal world kept their results. The ones who only learned the frameworks fell back.

The Alchemy Discovery Call is a normal conversation. You talk me through your situation, I listen, and I tell you honestly what I see and what I would do with it. Usually the pattern is on the table within the first twenty minutes.
If I can help you, I explain exactly what working together looks like, price included, before you decide anything.
If I cannot, I say so on the call, and I tell you what I would do instead. I work with a small number of people, so I have no reason to convince the wrong ones.

It is the method I use to rewrite the internal patterns that keep sabotaging your results. We find the beliefs and thought loops underneath your behavior, the ones deciding what you are allowed to earn, finish and hold. Then we replace them with beliefs your mind actually accepts, built on evidence from your own life. And you practice the new pattern in your normal week until it is simply how you operate.
